I have had an absolutely amazing experience with Ms Tzafetta from start to finish and could not recommend her highly enough for anyone considering rhinoplasty. I had met with two other surgeons previously and been really underwhelmed, however I knew Ms Tzafetta was the right person for the job as soon as I met her. Third time really is the charm! At our first consultation, she showed me all of her amazing before and after photos, and I knew I was in safe hands with all of her experience. Having cosmetic surgery is a huge decision so finding the right surgeon is essential. She is absolutely lovely and was so happy to answer all of my questions, no matter how silly I thought they were.She discussed what I wanted the outcome to be and I really felt I was being listened to. She is clearly very passionate about what she does, and I knew she would do everything she could to get me the result I wanted. On the day of my surgery I had a few butterflies about the anaesthetic, but seeing her friendly face really put me at ease and I felt excited to have the procedure done. The follow up care was excellent and I really felt that she was as excited about my new nose as I was. I’m so, so pleased with the results – I’m only one month post-op and already my nose is everything I could have dreamt of. I’m over the moon with how it has turned out; there is now only a very minimal amount of swelling which nobody would notice at all. I am so glad I chose to have my procedure with Ms Tzafetta – she has given me the nose I’ve always wanted and I have so much more confidence as a result.
