Ms Tzafetta has changed my life, not just physically but mentally too. For most of my life I have felt self conscious about my appearance, that is a thing of the past. From our first appointment Ms Tzafetta has made me feel beautiful, but also acknowledged my concerns with the size and shape of my nose. She listened and understood how I would ideally like the end result to look, and I am happy to say that the end result is perfect!

Ms Tzafetta was a constant support when I was going through the healing process, and I had various appointments with her until we were both happy to leave longer gaps between appointments.

I can honestly say that I have 100% trust in Ms Tzafetta and would recommend her to anyone thinking of having a rhinoplasty.

Dr Tzafetta was fantastic, I chose her because she had such a huge amount of experience in plastic surgery. My operation was on my eyes so I was obviously very conscious of getting the best outcome. When I met Dr Tzafetta she was very friendly, understanding & interested in my reasons for surgery. She was welcoming, professional & very informative. Upon examination, she did mention that many people have a brow lift at the same time as upper blepharoplasty, but in my case, she said it was not necessary. Everything was explained to me, I was also shown photographs showing what to expect both before & after. I went to the Rivers Hospital near Harlow & I cannot fault the high level of care I received as a patient & outpatient. Usually, people say you need to look around before deciding on a surgeon. But Dr Tzafetta was my one and only consultation because I knew she was the surgeon for me. She made me feel so comfortable, she listened to everything I had to say (even the silly questions). She went through previous surgery’s that she had done with similar noses to mine and looked over my photoshopped pictures of what I hoped my nose would look like.

After my surgery, she came round and visited all of her patients making sure we were all comfortable. She made sure that I knew her email, so I could message her with any questions. The aftercare from Dr Tzafetta was incredible. Overall I had five follow up meetings where she made sure I knew how to massage and care for my nose over the course of a year.

I would recommend Dr Tzafetta to everyone! My nose was something that I was self-conscious about for 8 years of my life and now it’s my favourite feature.

Had upper eyelid surgery 8 weeks ago , amazing results , so happy . Before surgery looked tired & when I applied mascara couldn’t see eyelashes . From my first consultation right through to my after care I cannot express enough how happy I was with everything about my surgery. Wow what can I say!!! In May 2016 I underwent a Tummy Tuck with Muscle repair and Lipo in Apr 17… and it’s the best decision I ever made!! Dr Tzfetta knew exactly what I wanted and did a fab job!! The after care I received was amazing, was felt at ease and the whole process was professional and amazing!! A highly talented surgeon who went above and beyond to make my body the way I always dreamed it would be!

I am so happy I went ahead with my surgery. I had very low self esteem as after having surgery after developing DCIS breast cancer in 2008 I had very uneven breast one was a lot bigger than the other. So I went to see Ms Tzafetta and she was lovely from start to finish and gave me just what I asked for much smaller breasts and equal in size. So now I am so much more comfortable and happy. I have always hated my nose but it was years before I eventually got it done. It was on the third
attempt I got there. First time something else cropped up. Second time I wasn’t keen to use the surgeon I saw. Finally on third attempt found excellent surgeon and was happy to proceed. Always take your time to check everything before you consider any surgery.

I am now 9 weeks post op from having a deep plane lower face and neck lift, and it is time to write about how happy I am with the whole experience.

From the moment I met Ms Tzafetta I felt at ease, even though previously I had felt extremely nervous, she allayed my fears and asked me first what I would like to achieve. I said I wanted to look like me, only better, but above all natural. After examining me, she told me what she could do and what I should expect. Amazing results and amazing after care. I am in my late sixties and this lovely lovely lady has worked miracles. That is no exaggeration.

Mrs Tzafetta was recommended by a nurse friend and I am so so pleased I took this leap of faith and I could not be more pleased. I just smile constantly when I look in the mirror. Yes I did lose approx 20lbs prior to the surgery but I still had rolls of wobbly flesh and a very thick waist still with excess belly fat with no definition. Now my tummy is flat and my waist is defined and even then rolls of flesh on my lower back have vanished. And as for the aftercare….it was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble for this particular surgeon and she was reassuring and highly professional in every respect whilst being very approachable and supportive.

Apparently a tummy tuck is biggest cosmetic procedure and my advice to anyone thinking about it is to see this wonderful lady. I had my operation Mid July and attended a wedding mid August and I can honestly say that I felt a million dollars even at that early stage of recovery. From size 14 then a 12 and here we are less than two months post op and it’s hello size 10. THANK YOU.

I had a rhinoplasty 3 weeks ago today, and I am in love with the outcome! Couldn’t have gone better. My surgeon was lovely, answered all my questions, made me feel at ease and made my nose perfect. I had my surgery at Nuffield Hospital in Brentwood. From start to finish Kallirroi Tzafetta was brilliant. Very friendly, very helpful and worked with me to achieve what I wanted but also to make sure that what I was getting was suited to my shape and my body. I was a small 32B cup and I had 390CC which has taken me to a 32DD-E (over the muscle).

Having had a lower facelift a few years ago which sadly failed, I sought to find the right surgeon to correct this and help lift my sagging jawline and neck. My search led me to Ms Kallirroi Tzafetta who explained the deep plane procedure that she recommended.

Whilst the op was driven by the need and desire to re-proportion my nose there was an issue with my septum being of centre and restricting air flow – this too has been corrected.
