After doing much research I chose Ms Tzafetta to undertake a blepharoplasty in 2016, and eyebrow and neck lifts in 2017. She listened to what I wanted to achieve and my concerns, and fully explained the procedures, outcomes, and aftercare. At no point did I feel I was being coerced into having these procedures, and would have felt comfortable to decide to change my mind had I wished to. Having undergone these operations purely out of vanity, I did feel a bit of a fraud lying in hospital receiving so much care and attention, however, the hospital staff were absolutely fantastic and treated me as if I were a patient that had undergone necessary surgery. The operations all went well and have healed with minimal scaring which only I would be aware of. Ms Tzafetta has a lovely manner and is not at all overbearing; it was obvious to me that she is dedicated to her work and to achieving the desired outcomes for her patients. I am delighted with the results of my surgeries and would definitely recommend her services.
