I had a rhinoplasty 3 weeks ago today, and I am in love with the outcome! Couldn’t have gone better. My surgeon was lovely, answered all my questions, made me feel at ease and made my nose perfect. I would recommend anyone who is considering a rhinoplasty to go to Miss Tzafetta, she is realistic with the outcome and takes into account what you want. I received amazing aftercare from Miss Tzafetta and everyone at Nuffield in Brentwood, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Firstly, it’s only 6 weeks since my op and the recovery both visually and physically has been phenomenal. The psychological hang ups I experienced prior to the op have disappeared and feel so much more confident in myself within an incredibly short time period. Whilst the op was driven by the need and desire to re-proportion my nose there was an issue with my septum being of centre and restricting air flow – this too has been corrected. I placed a huge amount of trust in Kallirroi and she reciprocated in equal measure – the pre op and post op care has been first class and can’t recommend her highly enough. For a relatively small sum and a life changing procedure you just need to go for it – you’ll be well rewarded.

I had my surgery at Nuffield Hospital in Brentwood. From start to finish Kallirroi Tzafetta was brilliant. Very friendly, very helpful and worked with me to achieve what I wanted but also to make sure that what I was getting was suited to my shape and my body. I was a small 32B cup and I had 390CC which has taken me to a 32DD-E (over the muscle).

The surgery was straight forward and my recovery was so quick. I am so happy with my results and I encourage anyone who has been thinking about getting Breast Augmentation to just do it. I am so much happier and more confident and I now wish I had got my surgery sooner.

Dr Tzafetta was fantastic, I chose her because she had such a huge amount of experience in plastic surgery. My operation was on my eyes so I was obviously very conscious of getting the best outcome. When I met Dr Tzafetta she was very friendly, understanding & interested in my reasons for surgery. She was welcoming, professional & very informative. Upon examination, she did mention that many people have a brow lift at the same time as upper blepharoplasty, but in my case, she said it was not necessary. Everything was explained to me, I was also shown photographs showing what to expect both before & after. I went to the Rivers Hospital near Harlow & I cannot fault the high level of care I received as a patient & outpatient. If I chose to have any kind of further surgery, I would not hesitate to choose Dr Kallirorri Tzafetta again. I truly cannot recommend her enough. The outcome of my surgery was better than I expected and certainly exceeded my expectations. You will be in the best hands with this remarkable surgeon!

From my first consultation right through to my after care I cannot express enough how happy I was with everything about my surgery. I found the whole experience faultless, I felt st ease throughout my care. I thought long and hard about wether to have a neck lift and I’m so glad I decided to go ahead. All my questions we’re answered and my mind was put at ease. The result was amazing. After doing much research I chose Ms Tzafetta to undertake a blepharoplasty in 2016, and eyebrow and neck lifts in 2017. She listened to what I wanted to achieve and my concerns, and fully explained the procedures, outcomes, and aftercare. At no point did I feel I was being coerced into having these procedures, and would have felt comfortable to decide to change my mind had I wished to. Having undergone these operations purely out of vanity, I did feel a bit of a fraud lying in hospital receiving so much care and attention, however, the hospital staff were absolutely fantastic and treated me as if I were a patient that had undergone necessary surgery. The operations all went well and have healed with minimal scaring which only I would be aware of. Ms Tzafetta has a lovely manner and is not at all overbearing; it was obvious to me that she is dedicated to her work and to achieving the desired outcomes for her patients. I am delighted with the results of my surgeries and would definitely recommend her services.

After years of deliberating I finally underwent Gynecomastia surgery in May 2018, courtesy of Ms. Tzafetta. Although I’m only roughly 6 weeks post-op I couldn’t be more happy at the results, which are so far beyond what my expectations were. I feel so much more confident in myself, which was the main reason for undergoing the surgery. I thoroughly recommend anyone in a similar situation to go through with the surgery as it truly is a life-changer & I feel my before & after photos speak for themselves regarding the result. From the minute I met with her to discuss my concerns she put me at my ease. We went through the options available to me and the look that I wanted to achieve. She explained everything so clearly and calmly and answered any questions I had with honesty.

Once I had decided to go ahead, the process could not have been more straightforward, from booking the date in with Jo, her PA, to dealing with the hospital and the admin team, it all went really smoothly.

I am so happy I went ahead with my surgery. I had very low self esteem as after having surgery after developing DCIS breast cancer in 2008 I had very uneven breast one was a lot bigger than the other. So I went to see Ms Tzafetta and she was lovely from start to finish and gave me just what I asked for much smaller breasts and equal in size. So now I am so much more comfortable and happy. Ms Tzafetta has changed my life, not just physically but mentally too. For most of my life I have felt self conscious about my appearance, that is a thing of the past. Mrs Tzafetta was recommended by a nurse friend and I am so so pleased I took this leap of faith and I could not be more pleased. I just smile constantly when I look in the mirror. Usually, people say you need to look around before deciding on a surgeon. But Dr Tzafetta was my one and only consultation because I knew she was the surgeon for me. She made me feel so comfortable, she listened to everything I had to say (even the silly questions). She went through previous surgery’s that she had done with similar noses to mine and looked over my photoshopped pictures of what I hoped my nose would look like.

After my surgery, she came round and visited all of her patients making sure we were all comfortable. She made sure that I knew her email, so I could message her with any questions. The aftercare from Dr Tzafetta was incredible. Overall I had five follow up meetings where she made sure I knew how to massage and care for my nose over the course of a year.

I would recommend Dr Tzafetta to everyone! My nose was something that I was self-conscious about for 8 years of my life and now it’s my favourite feature.

Mrs Tzafetta is a delight. I have had two operations both cosmetic both by Mrs Tzafetta. The first being relay of nail beds on my feet due to a horse riding accident. But the main one being breast augmentation, from the minute I decided I wanted to have this done everything was very smooth and calm and made the entire process easy! I had images of what I wanted but Mrs Tzafetta was very clear in what I wanted and what was possible would be different. I went from a A/B cup to a DD/E having the operation on top of the muscle which was very important to me to reduce the recovery time due to my competing with the horses. I had this back in March 2010 and would do the operation again today tomorrow and whenever. The experience was very good and I honestly thought I would be in much more pain and after care would be difficult it really wasn’t. In fact I thought something may be wrong because it was all too easy. I recently went back to have them checked 7 years later and as the first time I came in Mrs Tzafetta was just as pleasant and shows true care for her patients.
